When are dividends paid?

Generally, the interim dividend is paid in March and the final dividend is paid in September.


 

Do you have a dividend reinvestment plan?

Yes, we do. Please refer to the DRP section of this website.


 

Can dividends be paid directly into my bank?

Yes, you should complete a direct credit form (which can be downloaded from www.linkmarketservices.com.au) and forward it to our Share Registry, Link Market Services Limited, Level 12, 680 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia (Locked Bag A14, Sydney South NSW 1235, Australia).


 

What do I have to do to receive annual and half-yearly reports?

If you would like to receive copies of shareholder communications including annual and interim reports you will need to complete an election form which can be accessed from Link Market Services.


 

How do I lodge my tax file number ("TFN")?

When you buy shares in ALS, a TFN form is forwarded to you in your "New Shareholder Pack", unless a TFN is already lodged. You may also lodge your TFN by phoning our Share Registry, Link Market Services Limited on 1800 882 102 or +61 2 8280 7151.


 

Where can I check my shareholding online?

You can access - and even update - information about your holdings in Alesco Corporation Limited via the Internet.

You can access your information securely online via Link Market Services Limited website www.linkmarketservices.com.au using your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) as well as your surname (or company name) and postcode (must be the postcode recorded on your holding record).
It is fast and easy. You can:

  • Check your current and previous holding balances.
  • Choose your preferred annual report option.
  • Update your address details (Issuer Sponsored Holders only).
  • Update your bank details (Selected Holders only).
  • Confirm whether you have lodged your Tax File Number (TFN), Australian Business Number (ABN) or exemption.
  • Enter your email address and update your communications preferences.
  • Subscribe to email announcements.
  • Check transaction and dividend history.
  • Vote online.
  • Download a variety of instruction forms.


 

How do I change my address?

You will need to complete a change of address form which can be downloaded from the Link Market Services Limited website at www.linkmarketservices.com.au and return it to Link Market Services. However, if you are a CHESS holder, you will need to advise your sponsoring broker.
