Justin joined Alesco in 2004 and was appointed Managing Director and CEO of Alesco on 1 June 2006. Prior to joining Alesco, Justin spent seven years in private equity where he developed his skills in acquiring, improving and growing a diverse portfolio of businesses including Pacific Brands, Taverner Hotel Group, Just Group and Wridgways. Justin was Chairman of the Australian Venture Capital Association until 2003 and is a Director of the The Benevolent Society. |

Group General Manager, Garage Doors and Openers
Peter was appointed Group General Manager of the Garage Doors & Openers Division on 26 March 2007. He spent ten years with Boral Limited and most recently was the Executive General Manager of Boral Timber, a division of Boral Limited with sales revenue of $240 million and 840 staff in 21 operations. Before joining Boral, Peter was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and prior to that worked in a variety of operational roles including Plant Management positions with CSR Building Products. Peter has an engineering degree and completed an MBA at Melbourne University in 1993. |

Jim joined the Alesco Group in February 2007 when Alesco acquired the Lincoln Sentry business. He has been with Lincoln Sentry since January 2003, firstly as Business Unit Manager for the Window Door & Glazing Division, and then as General Manager of Lincoln Sentry from July 2006. Prior to this he worked at Austral Bricks in various sales and operations positions for over 10 years. |

Group General Manager, Construction and Mining Stephen was appointed to the role of General Manager of Parchem, part of Alesco’s Construction and Mining division, in April 2002. He was appointed to his current role in January 2004. Stephen is responsible for the Parchem, Marathon Tyres and Flextool businesses. He was previously employed by the Swedish based ITT Flygt as their Australian Marketing Manager. He has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing and general management positions mainly with engineering and industrial distribution organisations. |

Wayne has a technical marketing background in the pharmacy and HealthCare sectors and joined Alesco in 2002 coming from Fisher & Paykel HealthCare

Luci has over 13 years legal experience primarily in the corporate and commercial areas. She is responsible for overseeing the legal and corporate affairs of the Alesco Group, including compliance, insurance, communications and special projects. Prior to Alesco, Luci was general counsel and company secretary at Namoi Cotton Co-operative Ltd, a co-operative listed on the ASX. Prior to that, she worked at law firms Andersen Legal and Gadens Ridgeway in Sydney, specialising in merger and acquisitions, and general corporate. |

Finance Director
Neil was appointed Finance Director on 31 January 2007 after joining Alesco as Chief Financial Officer in January 2006. Prior to joining Alesco, Neil was a director and Chief financial Officer of the Amatek Group, a building products company backed by the private equity firm CVC Capital Partners. During his time with the Amatek Group, Neil was involved in the management of a diverse portfolio of industrial businesses, including the Laminex Group, Stramit and Rocla Pipeline Products. Neil has spent the past 25 years working in various financial and strategic roles for public companies including TNT Limited and Fosters Group Limited. |
