Peter was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on 3 May 2010.
Peter joined Alesco in March 2007 as Group General Manager of the Garage Doors & Openers division. During this time, Peter consolidated B&D's Australian market leadership position and improved its financial returnsand safety performance and oversaw the sucessful restructure of the New Zealand business and, most recently, the transition of the
in-house manufacturing of garage door openers to China.
Prior to joining Alesco, Peter spent ten years with Boral Limited where he was the Executive General Manager of Boral Timber, a division of Boral Limited. Prior to Boral, Mr Boyd was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and worked in a variety of operational roles including plant management positions with CSR Building Products. He has an engineering degree from UTS, Sydney and completed an MBA at Melbourne University in 1993. |

Group General Manager, Construction Products & Equipment
Stephen was appointed to the role of General Manager of Parchem, part of Alesco’s Construction Products & Equipment division, in April 2002. He was appointed to his current role in January 2004. Stephen is responsible for the Parchem Construction Products and Equipment businesses. He was previously employed by the Swedish based ITT Flygt as their Australian Marketing Manager. He has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing and general management positions mainly with engineering and industrial distribution organisations.

Group General Manager, Garage Doors
Noel was appointed to his current role on 9 November 2010.
Noel joined Alesco in August 2007 in the position of GM Finance for the Garage Doors & Openers division. He previously spent ten years at Boral Limited in the positions of GM Finance – Boral Timber and Finance Manager for the Masonry & Roofing Divisions. Prior to this, Noel worked at Laminex in various financial roles. Noel has over 20 years financial and commercial experience, predominantly in building products businesses.

Group General Manager, Openers
Albert was appointed to his current role on 9 November 2010.
Albert
joined Alesco in February 2008 in the position of GM Openers for the
Garage Doors & Openers division. During that time he successful
managed the transfer of the garage door openers manufacturing plant from
Australia and Hong Kong to Dalian in China. Prior to joining Alesco,
Albert ran his own management consulting practice, Capstone Partners.
Albert also previously spent six years at Email as Group General Manager
- Industrial Products Group following a successful career at Ericsson.
Albert has over extensive experience in offshore manufacturing and
business development.

Interim Group General Manager Functional and Decorative Products
Richard joined Alesco's Garage Door & Openers division in 2007 as General Manager Operations Australia & New Zealand. He was appointed Group General Manager Operations in June 2010. and is currently holding an interim position as Group General Manager FDP Division. Prior to joining Alesco, Richard had a variety of important roles across multiple continents, including the head of supply chain for Avon Asia Pacific.

Group General Manager, Legal and Corporate Affairs
Luci joined Alesco in 2003 and has over 13 years legal experience primarily in the corporate and commercial areas. She is responsible for overseeing the legal and corporate affairs of the Alesco Group, including compliance, insurance, communications and special projects. Prior to Alesco, Luci was general counsel and company secretary at Namoi Cotton Co-operative Ltd, a co-operative listed on the ASX. Prior to that, she worked at law firms Andersen Legal and Gadens Ridgeway in Sydney, specialising in merger and acquisitions, and general corporate. |

Emmanuel Zammit

Chief Financial Officer
Emmanuel joined Alesco in December 2011 as Chief Financial Officer.
Emmanuel was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Wattyl Limited, a $400 million group operating in the architectural, consumer and industrial coating sectors in Australia and New Zealand.
Wattyl was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange until its acquisition by Valspar Corporation of the USA in 2010.
Emmanuel has previously worked in a variety of financial roles at MeadWestvaco Corporation, a leading global provider of integrated packaging solutions during 1996 to 2008.

Dean Harriott

Group General Manager, Decorative Surfaces and Appliances
Dean joined Alesco in 1992 and was appointed to his current position in August 2011.
Dean Harriott is the Group General Manager of the Parbury, Robinhood and Dekorform businesses. Dean has been with Alesco for 20 years holding various positions across the Alesco group. He started his Alesco career at Parchem as an industrial chemist before taking on the role of State Manager WA between 2001-2005. More recently, Dean was NSW sales manager at Parbury during 2005 to 2007 before taking on the role of Sales and Marketing Manager at B&D Australia and New Zealand.
Dean is a member of the Executive Committee. |
