Mark was appointed to the Board of Alesco in December 2007 and assumed the role of Chairman in September 2009. He is currently Chairman of BIS Limited (a privately held Australian industrial services business owned by KKR). Prior to his role with BIS Limited, Mark was Chairman of BIS Cleanaway Limited. Mark spent 29 years in various senior management positions with Brambles including being a member of the Brambles Executive Leadership Team, Senior Vice President – Business Development and President of Brambles CHEP Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa operations. |

Rob joined the Board in March 2003. He is also Chairman and non-executive director of Nuplex Industries Limited and a non-executive director of Rubicor Group Limited. He was also formerly a non-executive director of a number of private equity funded investments and the YMCA Sydney. Rob has over 25 years experience in senior international management roles with manufacturing, industrial marketing and distribution businesses for Southcorp Limited, BTR Plc and CSR Limited. This included roles as Executive General Manager Southcorp Water Heaters, Southcorp Appliances and President Formica Corporation. |

Jim joined the Board in July 2005. He is also a non-executive director of Centro Properties Limited and a member of the JPMorgan Advisory Council. Previously, Jim was a director of Centro Retail Limited and Paperlinx Limited and ConnectEast Group. Jim was Executive Director Finance at Orica from January 2002 until April 2005. Prior to joining Orica, he was Vice President, Group Accounting and Controller at BHP Billiton Limited. In 32 years with BHP, Jim held a range of senior financial management roles. |

John joined the Alesco Board on 1 December 2011.
John is also a non executive director of Boral Limited, Incitec Pivot Limited and Cardno Limited. He is also Independent Chairman of Tomago Aluminum Company Pty Ltd, a joint venture between Rio Tinto, Alcan, CSR/AMP and Hydro Aluminum companies and Chairman of the Emissions-Intensive Trade-Exposed (EITE) Expert Advisory Panel to the Australian Government Minister for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency.
John is a former director of Alcoa Australia Limited, Alcoa World Alumina LLC and the Business Council of Australia. He has held executive positions with Esso Australia Limited, James Hardie Industries Limited, Pioneer International Group Holdings and Hanson plc. He holds a Bachelor of Science and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |

Bob joined the Board of Alesco in July 2008. Over a 38 year career, Bob has held a variety of senior executive and board roles in finance, technology and general management across the financial services and property industries. Until March 2008 he was Joint Managing Director and Chief financial Officer of Brookfield Multiplex Group. Previously he was Group Executive, Technology and Chief Information Officer of Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Chief Executive of State Street Australia, Chief Financial Officer and Chief General Manager of MLC Group and Chief Financial Officer of Lend Lease Corporation.
Bob is also the Group Executive, Technology of Westpac Banking Corporation. |

Ern joined the Board of Alesco in December 2004. He is also Chairman of Foodbank NSW Limited. He was also a non-executive director of Amcor Limited untill 2011. Ern worked in the food industry for 38 years. He was formerly President and Chief Executive Office of Nestle Purina for the Asia-Pacific, Africa and Middle East region. Previous roles include over six years as Managing Director of Nestle Australia Ltd plus other senior international executive positions based in Switzerland, New Zealand, the USA and the Phillipines. |

Jenny was appointed a non-executive director of Alesco on 3 August 2010. Jenny has a strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and change management with more than 30 years experience in consumer retail, pharmaceutical and natural health industries, both locally in Australia and internationally.
Jenny is currently a non-executive director of the not for profit organisation Blue Mountains World Heritage Institute and was a former director of a private healthcare company Soho Flordis International. Jenny was Blackmores' Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2008 having joined the company in 1995.Prior to that she spent 14 years at Sterling Winthrop.
She is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and member of Women on Boards. Jenny is also NSW Councillor, Australian Insitiute of Company Directors. |

Peter was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on 3 May 2010.
Peter joined Alesco in March 2007 as Group General Manager of the Garage Doors & Openers division. Before joining Alesco, Peter spent ten years with Boral Limited where he was the Executive General Manager of Boral Timber, a division of Boral Limited. Prior to Boral, Peter was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and worked in a variety of operational roles including plant management positions with CSR Building Products. He has an engineering degree from University of Technology, Sydney and completed an MBA at Melbourne University in 1993. |
