Can dividends be paid directly into my bank?
Yes, you should complete a direct credit form (which can be downloaded from www.linkmarketservices.com.au) and forward it to our Share Registry, Link Market Services Limited, Level 12, 680 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Locked Bag A14, Sydney South NSW 1235) for processing. This option is only available for payment to an Australian or New Zealand bank, credit union or building society only.

Do I have to receive annual and half-yearly reports?
No, by completing a No Annual Report Form, you will cease to receive reports in the mail. You can select email to let you know that the annual report is posted on our website.

How do I lodge my tax file number ("TFN")?
When you buy shares in ALS, a TFN form is forwarded to you in your "New Shareholder Pack", unless a TFN is already lodged. You may also lodge your TFN by phoning our Share Registry, Link Market Services Limited on 1800 882 102.

You can access your information securely online via Link Market Services Limited website - www.lnkmarketservices.com.au using your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) as well as your surname (or company name) and postcode (must be the postcode recorded on your holding record).

How do I change my address?
You will need to complete a change of address form which can be downloaded from the Link Market Services Limited website at www.linkmarketservices.com.au and return it to Link Market Services. However, if you are a CHESS holder, you will need to advise your sponsoring broker.
